Cohen & Steers (NYSE:CNS) announced today that the Cohen & Steers Real Estate Opportunities Fund (REOF) has acquired Oak Hill Plaza, a shopping center in Austin, Texas. The acquisition was made through a joint venture with Trademark Property Company, a real estate investor, developer, and operator with expertise in retail assets in Texas.
