Ascendis Pharma, Science Applications International And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling around 400 points on Monday.

Shares of Ascendis Pharma A/S (NASDAQ:ASND) rose sharply on Monday.

On Sunday, BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ:BMRN) reached a binding settlement with Ascendis Pharma to resolve all global patent disputes regarding the medication Yuviwel.

Ascendis Pharma shares jumped 5.7% to $262.12 on Monday.

Here are some other big stocks recording gains in today’s session.

  • Titan Machinery Inc (NASDAQ:TITN) shares jumped 13.7% to $20.31. Titan Machinery recently reported mixed second-quarter financial results.
  • Air Global PLC (NASDAQ:AIIR) gained 13.1% to $8.45.
  • GeoPark Ltd (NYSE:GPRK) rose 10.5% to $10.86.
  • Standard Lithium Ltd (NYSE:SLI) gained 8.6% to $2.77. Standard Lithium and Equinor’s Smackover Lithium announced a binding 10-year take-or-pay offtake agreement with LG Energy Solution for 8,000 metric tonnes per year of battery-quality lithium carbonate from South West Arkansas Project.
  • Chagee Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:CHA) rose 8.4% to $11.71.
  • Blue Moon Metals Inc (NASDAQ:BMM) gained 7.7% to $6.05.
  • FinVolution Group (NYSE:FINV) rose 7.7% to $3.66.
  • Novavax Inc (NASDAQ:NVAX) gained 7% to $9.90.
  • X-Energy Inc (NASDAQ:XE) rose 6.8% to $18.40.
  • Roblox Corp (NYSE:RBLX) gained 6.7% to $41.10.
  • Standard Nuclear Inc (NYSE:STDN) climbed 5.7% to $14.90. RBC Capital analyst Christopher Dendrinos, on Friday, maintained Standard Nuclear with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $11 to $13.
  • Helmerich and Payne Inc (NYSE:HP) rose 5.4% to $44.84.
  • Science Applications International Corp (NYSE:SAIC) gained 3.5% to $130.42 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and raised its FY27 guidance.
