10:36 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fertiglobe (ADX:FERTIGLB) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Andrew Tait will step down on Oct. 1 to pursue new opportunities. The nitrogen fertilizer producer appointed Daniel Shook as its new CFO, effective upon Tait's resignation. Shook recently served as finance chief and executive director of fluid and motion control company IMI (IMI.L).
