11:58 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cloudberry Clean Energy (CLOUD.OL) said Monday it completed its purchase of a Nordic renewable energy platform from its peer Orrön Energy (ORRON.ST). To partially settle the deal, Cloudberry issued 124,378,083 new shares at 13.50 Norwegian kroner apiece. As a result, Orrön Energy secured 27.01% of Cloudberry's shares and votes, making it Cloudberry's largest shareholder. The deal, announced in June, nearly doubles Cloudberry's total annual proportionate production compared with 2025-end to a total of 2.1 terawatt-hours.
