11:44 PM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Icop (ICOP.MI) said Monday it secured approval from Borsa Italiana for the transfer of its listing to Euronext Milan. Currently trading on Euronext Growth Milan, the Italian engineering company noted that the transfer is in line with its new scale and its growth objectives. Icop awaits approval of the prospectus for the admission from Italy's securities market regulator, the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa.
