12:57 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- K-Fast Holding (KFAST-B.ST), d/b/a K-Fastigheter, shareholder Kilenkrysset Group, increased its voting stake in the company to 10% through a share exchange with principal owners. Kilenkrysset exchanged 3,650,946 class B shares carrying one vote each for 3,650,946 class A shares, which carry five votes per share, the Swedish property group said Monday.
