Dormakaba Logs Lower FY26 Attributable Net Profit, Net Sales

01:16 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dormakaba (DOKA.SW) said Tuesday that its attributable net profit and net sales for fiscal 2026 fell year over year. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company for the 12 months ended June 30 was 97 million francs, compared with 97.9 million francs a year ago. EPS moved to 2.30 francs from 2.32 francs. The Swiss security systems group's net sales were 2.79 billion francs, compared with 2.87 billion francs earlier. Meanwhile, the board recommended a dividend of 0.95 franc per share for the fiscal year. It paid 0.92 franc per share a year ago. For fiscal 2027, the company expects organic net sales growth above 3%.
