01:43 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rawasi Albina Investment (SASE:9547) said Tuesday that it was unable to release its first-half financial statements within the specified regulatory deadline. The infrastructure networks company cited completion of certain financial reconciliations and accounts adjustments, as well as finalization of required confirmations and supporting documents from certain external parties as the reason for the delay. Rawasi Albina Investment noted that it is working with its auditor and will publish the statements immediately upon approval. It will also be subject to suspension procedures for listing securities until the results are released.
