01:55 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Serabi Gold (SRB.L) appointed Nick Box as the interim chief financial officer with effect from Aug. 28. Box's appointment follows CFO Colm Howlin's decision to step down from the role, effective from the same date, according to a Tuesday filing. The gold mining and development company said that the search process for a new CFO has been launched.
