01:58 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Morabaha Marina Financing's (SASE:4082) Board approved the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Jasser, effective Sept. 30. Al-Jasser is leaving the Saudi Arabian financing company due to personal reasons, according to a Tuesday release. The company will start the regulatory process to find a successor.
