02:33 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Private equity holding company Mutares (MUX.F) agreed to buy US terpene ingredients business AmeriTerpenes from Symrise (SY1.F). The target company generates $200 million in revenue and has two US production sites, according to a Tuesday release. Symrise, which provides flavors, fragrances and other ingredients, said in a separate same-day release that the sale will sharpen its portfolio to focus on core growth platforms.
