02:36 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British telecommunications giant Vodafone Group (VOD.L) said Tuesday that Societe Generale (GLE.PA) agreed to buy a 50% stake in OXG Glasfaser Beteiligungs, its Germany-based fibre joint venture with Geodesia. The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
