03:17 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- German logistics group Deutsche Post (DHL.F), d/b/a DHL Group, said Tuesday it completed a corporate reorganization under which its publicly listed parent company now operates as DHL AG, while Deutsche Post AG continues to oversee the group's German mail and parcel business. Under the new structure, DHL AG will represent the globally operating group handling strategic management, governance and cross-divisional functions. Meanwhile, its Express, Global Forwarding, Supply Chain, eCommerce, and Post & Parcel Germany divisions will operate as separate legal entities. Deutsche Post AG will remain a subsidiary of DHL AG and will continue operating Germany's domestic mail and parcel services under the Deutsche Post brand. DHL said the reorganization will not affect customer services, contracts, delivery operations, retail outlets or parcel lockers in Germany.
