04:04 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amwaj International Co. (SASE:9537) said Tuesday it is unable to publish its financial report for the first half within the statutory deadline. The electronic and electrical appliances wholesaler attributed the delay to the lack of an external auditor that will review its financial statements for the six months ended June 30. As such, the company plans to hold a general assembly meeting to appoint an external auditor to complete and release the interim financial statements. The company added that its trading will be suspended from the Saudi bourse starting Wednesday to comply with the listing rules.
