04:23 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Koninklijke KPN (KPN.AS) plans to issue a perpetual non-call 5.25-year subordinated bond totaling 500 million euros. The proceeds from the new issuance will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing debt, according to a Tuesday release. The Dutch telecommunications company also announced a tender offer to buy back any and all of its existing 500 million-euro perpetual hybrid capital securities with a first reset date on Dec. 21, 2027.
