04:27 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Metsä Board (METSA.HE, METSB.HE) said Tuesday it plans to upgrade the board machine winder at its Kemi mill in Finland. The fresh fiber paperboard maker will carry out the upgrade during the mill's annual maintenance shutdown, scheduled for October to November. The Kemi mill has an annual production capacity of approximately 465,000 tonnes and is the world's largest producer of coated white-top kraftliners.
