04:33 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Post's (DHL.F) DHL Global Forwarding agreed to acquire Uruguay's Aero Cargas, boosting its presence in Latin America. The freight giant said Tuesday the deal will result in DHL Global Forwarding's first direct operations in the country. All Aero Cargas employees will transition to DHL Global Forwarding. Aero Cargas will become part of the DHL Global Forwarding Peru-Ecuador-Argentina-Chile cluster, the company noted.
