04:36 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Conroy Gold and Natural Resources (CGNR.L) conditionally raised 1.3 million pounds sterling via a non-brokered private placement, according to a Tuesday release. The gold exploration and development company said that it will issue 16,412,500 shares at 0.08 pound apiece, subject to admission to trading on AIM, expected on Friday. Net proceeds were earmarked for the geological works of its Irish assets, potential material asset-level investments, and general working capital.
