06:00 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Renalytix (RENX.L) is targeting to raise at least 9.5 million pounds sterling in gross proceeds through a fundraise to support its collaboration with Quest Diagnostics. The fundraise will comprise a placing of 115 million shares to raise 6.9 million pounds and a subscription of 43.3 million shares to raise 2.6 million pounds, according to a Tuesday filing. The in vitro diagnostics company will also launch a retail offer through the Winterflood Retail Access Platform, with shares priced at 0.06 pound each.
