06:35 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Schouw & Co. (SCHO.CO) concluded its purchase of a 75% stake in outdoor and sportswear apparel manufacturer Spectre. The acquisition, which was disclosed in July, was finalized after securing all regulatory approvals and meeting the requirements, according to a Tuesday release. The Klausen family remains the remaining 25%. The Danish industrial conglomerate expects the transaction to increase its consolidated revenue by between 300 million Danish kroner and 400 million kronor for 2026.
