06:46 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- East Star Resources (EST.L) said Tuesday it entered into a binding heads of agreement with Nova Ltd. to form a joint venture company for the Rulikha Copper project in Kazakhstan. Under the terms of the agreement, the venture will appoint Orion Development as the project's operator and technical development partner. Nova Ltd. will farm into the project, while the London-listed gold and copper explorer will retain at least 25% exposure at production. The agreement allows the project to advance through resource definition, feasibility studies, permitting, development and commissioning at no further cost to East Star Resources.
