(SASE:9548), d/b/a Apico, agreed to buy a factory site in the third industrial city in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for 28 million Saudi riyals. The acquisition is part of the plastic packaging and thermoplastic injection molding company's plans to expand and increase production capacity, according to a Tuesday filing. The 44,638-square-meter site is being sold by Valle Al-Mestakbel Co.
