(SASE:2060), d/b/a Tasnee, on Monday finalized the sale of Al Rowad Industrial Transformation Co to Saudi Holding Company for Conversion Industries, or Tahweel Holding. The completion follows the receipt of regulatory approvals, according to a Tuesday filing by the Tadawul-listed industrial, chemical and petrochemical company. The deal has an enterprise value of 700 million Saudi riyals and a final consideration of 684 million riyals following adjustment at closing.
