Raytech Holding Limited (the "Company") (NASDAQ:RAY) today announced that it plans to change its English name from "Raytech Holding Limited" to "Atlas Trinity Tech Limited" and its Nasdaq ticker symbol from "RAY" to "ATTT" (collectively, the "Corporate Events").
