09:21 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Headlam Group (HEAD.L) said Tuesday its board filed a notice of intention to appoint Will Wright, Chris Pole, and Ryan Grant of Interpath as joint administrators. The UK floorcoverings distributor said it was unable to implement a transformation plan to address its liquidity position, despite exploring refinancing, asset disposals, and other strategic options. As a result, Headlam requested the suspension of its trading on the London bourse's main market, effective from 7:30 am local time.
