09:51 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ghida Alsultan for Fast Food (SASE:9567) said Tuesday that it is unable to publish its financial report for the first half within the statutory deadline. The Saudi Arabia-listed food and beverages group said it has not yet completed the review procedures for its financial statements for the six months ended June 30, adding that it is working with its external auditor to complete the technical requirements. The company said trading in its shares will be suspended starting Wednesday in accordance with the listing rules.
