11:12 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nolato (NOLA-B.ST) said Tuesday it acquired Dutch Unitron to expand its value chain and strengthen its medical solutions business area. The medical technology contract development and manufacturing organization will be integrated into the Swedish polymer products manufacturer's operations and will rebrand as Nolato Unitron starting in September. The target has estimated sales of 200 million kronor for 2026, with 100 employees in the Netherlands and North America.
