The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has rejected a non-use cancellation action filed by ALO Yoga, a California-based company headquartered in Beverly Hills, against the China trademark registrations for jewelry products held by ALO jewelry CZ, s.r.o., based in Prague, Czech Republic.
