11:27 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kongsberg Gruppen (KOG.OL) said Tuesday it completed the acquisition of Sonatech, a US-based underwater acoustics specialist. The Norwegian technology and defense group added that the purchase supports its growth objectives for the US and its partnership with the US Navy, as Sonatech is a key technology supplier to the force. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
