11:50 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genova Property Group (GPG.ST) said Tuesday it completed the acquisition of seven properties in Stockholm from Landia AB as part of an earlier purchase agreement for a portfolio with an underlying value of 634 million kronor. The Stockholm-listed property company took ownership of the Gustavsberg 1:488, Strömfallet 1, Bo 1:206, Bo 1:208, Kornboden 17, Kornboden 18, and Kornboden 19 properties. Partial settlement involved the issuance of 625,652 Genova shares to Landia. The group expects to close the entire deal at year-end 2026/2027, subject to tenant modifications, with Landia owning a 6.2% stake in Genova upon completion.
