12:04 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cancom's (COK.F) executive board resolved to carry out a program to repurchase up to 1,436,985 treasury shares. The program will run from Sept. 7 to Dec. 31, the German information technology infrastructure company said Tuesday. The repurchased shares will be used for all legally permissible purposes.
