12:50 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Galantas Gold (GAL.L) appointed David Cather as nonexecutive chair of the board, according to a Tuesday release. Cather became interim chair on July 7, 2026, after his predecessor Róisín Magee stepped down. He has been a director of the London-listed gold miner since June 2019.
