03:55 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aumovio (AMV0.F) completed the sale of its manufacturing site in Mechelen, Belgium, to Dumarey Group, according to a Wednesday release. Under the deal, Dumarey will take over the plant and its 300 employees, while the German vehicle hardware and software services company will retain customer relationships for existing products. The companies reached a contract manufacturing arrangement to continue the production of current components for a defined transition period. Aumovio will gradually transfer production to other locations in the meantime. The deal, which was disclosed in April, was finalized following the completion of the consultation process with employee representatives, the company noted.
