04:29 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rheinmetall's (RHM.F) American Rheinmetall secured a $710,000 contract from Kongsberg Gruppen (KOG.OL) unit Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace. The German arms maker said Wednesday that American Rheinmetall will produce and deliver machined components for the customer's MCT‑30 medium caliber turrets throughout 2026 and 2027. The machined components will be manufactured at American Rheinmetall's Lapeer and Lansing facilities in Michigan, US.
