04:48 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Winamp Group's (ALWIN.PA) Jamendo unit plans to withdraw its current legal complaint against artificial intelligence music generator Suno and refile an "updated and more comprehensive" version shortly. The music technology company said Wednesday that the updated complaint is designed to ensure that all relevant elements are incorporated from the outset. Jamendo filed the original complaint in June over the alleged unauthorized use of musical content and associated data in the development of AI technologies.
