CDT Equity Inc. (NASDAQ:CDT) ("CDT" or the "Company") today announced that, following the recent issuance of shares and the exercise of pre-funded warrants, the Company had 13,693,866 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of August 31, 2026. Based on the closing price of CDT’s Common Stock on August 31, 2026, the Company had a market capitalisation of approximately $23.0 million.

CDT’s stockholders’ equity, as reported in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was approximately $103 million. Following the recent issuances and related corporate actions, CDT also confirms that it no longer has any outstanding deficiencies with The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC.
