The rebranding reflects the company's transition into a technology-driven customer experience and loyalty platform, according to a Wednesday filing. Trading on the London bourse's AIM segment under the new name and the existing ticker starts on Wednesday. The company noted that current share certificates remain valid and no new certificates will be issued.
