The Zhitong Finance App learned that UBS released a research report stating that it will lower the target price of Shangri-La (Asia) (00069) from HK$4.55 to HK$4.29, maintaining a “neutral” rating. Shangri-La's revenue for the first half of the year was in line with expectations. The company maintained a cautious and optimistic view of the industry's outlook for the second half of the year, but expected short-term fluctuations due to geopolitical conflicts and extreme weather. The bank lowered the company's 2027-2028 diluted earnings forecast by 7% and 12% to $0.05 and $0.06, respectively, to reflect continued macro uncertainty and consumption downgrade, while the 2026 forecast remained roughly unchanged at $0.05.
