11:58 PM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Burkhalter (BRKN.SW) agreed to buy AZ Systems holding AG and its wholly owned unit AZ systems AG, a building automation specialist. The Swiss building technology services provider said Wednesday that AZ Systems will retain its name and location in Landquart, Switzerland, and its 10 employees will keep their jobs following the deal. The transaction is in line with Burkhalter's growth strategy.
