12:04 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bodycote (BOY.L) suspended its 80 million-pound-sterling share repurchase program after it received a cash takeover offer from Veritas Capital Fund Management. The thermal processing and heat treatment specialist said Wednesday that a total of 2,574,597 ordinary shares were bought back for 17.5 million pounds, which were canceled.
