12:37 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alternative Income REIT (AIRE.L) on Wednesday retracted part of its update on the takeover proposal by major shareholder Glenstone REIT at the request of the UK's Takeover Panel. The real estate investment trust admitted that saying it was "grateful for the support received for its recommendation to reject the Glenstone offer" did not comply with the Takeover Code rules.
