Bureau Veritas Completes EUR700 Million Bond Issue

12:44 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bureau Veritas (BVI.PA) concluded an issue of a 700 million-euro bond to refinance bonds with upcoming maturities in September 2026 and January 2027. The bond carries a coupon of 4.125% and will mature in September 2034, the testing, inspection and certification company said Wednesday. Settlement of the offer is anticipated on Sept. 9, 2026, with the bond set to list on Euronext Paris. BofA Securities Europe, HSBC, Société Générale, Barclays, Commerzbank, NatWest Markets, and UniCredit served as the active joint bookrunners for the issue.
