Derichebourg Environnement, Vicat JV to Invest EUR7 Million in New Solid Recovered Fuel Facility in France

01:07 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Derichebourg (DBG.PA) unit Derichebourg Environnement and Vicat (VCT.PA) joint venture company VALèreCO plans to invest 7 million euros to construct a new solid recovered fuel facility in Pagny-sur-Meuse, France. The facility will be able to produce 34,000 tonnes of solid recovered fuel annually, which will be supplied to Vicat's cement plant in Xeuilley, the service provision company said Wednesday. It will have a maximum capacity of 40,000 tonnes. Derichebourg said the facility will operate on a 3,000-square-meter area.
