01:30 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sika (SIKA.SW) completed the acquisition of Turkey-based adhesives and sealants manufacturer Akkim. Swiss-listed specialty chemicals company Sika said in a Thursday release that Akkim logged net sales of 220 million francs in 2025.
