KUALA LUMPUR: RNG Tech Bhd’s subsidiary Rest N Go (Thailand) Company Ltd has entered into an agreement with CP Axtra Public Company Ltd to provide and operate massage chairs at selected Lotus’s stores in Thailand.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, RNG Tech said Rest N Go Thailand would be the sole provider and operator of massage chair services at selected Lotus’s hypermarkets, supermarkets and community malls.

The agreement is for three years and six months, commencing on Nov 1, 2026 and ending on April 30, 2030.

“The initial rollout targets a minimum chair capacity of approximately 1,400 to 1,600 units across an estimated coverage area of 4,800 sq.m. within Lotus's Stores.

“The actual store locations, number of chairs and rollout schedule shall be as agreed in writing between the parties,” RNG Tech said.

It said the partnership was in line with its strategy to expand its vending massage chair network in Thailand, which it has identified as a key growth market.

Rest N Go Thailand currently operates 806 massage chairs across 132 Lotus’s locations in the country following an earlier contract secured in 2025.

“The agreement is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings over the entire agreement duration,” it said.
