01:40 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bossard Holding (BOSN.SW) said Thursday it appointed Andreas Jaeger as its new chief financial officer, effective March 1, 2027. Jaeger, who resigned in August as CFO of German motion control technology company Stabilus (STM.F), will join the Swiss industrial fastening and assembly technology group on Jan. 1, 2027. Jaeger will succeed Stephan Zehnder, who will leave the company at the end of March 2027.
