02:11 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Edisun Power Europe (ESUN.SW) concluded its planned capital increase of 440 million francs by issuing 2,016,943 new registered shares at 218.05 francs apiece to SMARTENERGY Group. SMARTENERGY Group paid for the shares by offsetting a seller's loan, according to a Thursday release. The Swiss solar energy company expects the new shares to be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in the fourth quarter.
