Grafton Group Posts Lower H1 Attributable Profit; Revenue Up

02:21 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grafton Group (GFTU.L, GFTU.L) said Thursday its profit for the first half declined, while revenue grew year over year. Profit attributable to owners for the six months ended June 30 was 62.3 million pounds sterling, compared with 68.7 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.3277 pound from 0.3504 pound. The building materials manufacturer and distributor's revenue was 1.34 billion pounds, compared with 1.25 billion pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.11 pound per share, payable on Oct. 9 to shareholders on record Sept. 11. It paid 0.1075 pound per share in the year-ago period. Looking ahead, the company remains on track to achieve an adjusted operating profit of between 190 million pounds and 200 million pounds for full-year 2026.
