03:23 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nivika Fastigheter (NIVI-B.ST) issued senior unsecured green bonds totaling 600 million kronor. The real estate company said in a Thursday release that the bonds have a tenor of four years with a floating interest rate of three-month Stibor plus 2.50%. The new bonds are expected to be settled on Sept. 9.
