03:33 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IQE (IQE.L) agreed to supply six-inch gallium arsenide epiwafers to optical interconnect technology developer Quintessent. The materials will support the customer sampling activity of Quintessent's quantum dot laser technology as well as its commercial deployment, the British semiconductor wafer supplier said Thursday.
